In the midst of our fast-paced lives, it’s easy to lose sight of the profound joy found in serving others. Yet, Art Akilis, filling in for Doctor Rob, reminds us in the “A Generous Life” series that true fulfillment lies in selflessly serving those around us. What began as a planned 4-week series has extended, revealing the depth of the topic, with this week’s installment being split into two parts.
The series explores the concept of divine giving, illustrating how throughout history, faithful servants have been empowered by the Lord to fulfill righteous missions. From Noah’s construction of the Ark to Moses’ guidance through the desert, divine assistance has been evident. It’s not just physical sustenance that the Lord provides, but also spiritual gifts like wisdom and discernment.
